Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations. You will supervise crew, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

You will develop leadership and operational skills, with opportunities to advance based on performance and commitment. This on-site role requires strong teamwork and customer focus across our Florida locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• This position requires lifting 30 to 50 pounds and physical activity as described.

Responsibilities

• Lead a positive team environment and oversee shift operations.
• Direct crew members, assign positions, set shift expectations and provide feedback.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage training and performance of team members during shifts.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
