Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Tempe site. As Manager-on-Duty, you will drive guest experience, safety, and service standards while guiding a team through fast-paced shifts.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching, and accountability, with a clear path into higher levels of operations leadership. Applicants should be 18+, with a HS diploma/GED and supervisory experience. Training and development are a core focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards; promote training compliance.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
