Super Star Car Wash in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Manager-on-Duty, you’ll drive staffing, service standards, and on-site culture in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on coaching teams, enforcing brand and safety standards, and developing leaders across People, Sales and Operations. Retail/hospitality or car wash experience is preferred; strong communication and decision-making are

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
