Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on a full-time basis to lead daily operations, coach teams, and uphold safety and brand standards at our Arizona sites. You will drive staffing, guest service, and issue resolution as Manager-on-Duty in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership with opportunities for career growth within a growing car wash company. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or car wash settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions with clear communication and thorough follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
