Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and ensure safety and brand standards at our Chandler, AZ location. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, drive service quality, and manage staffing, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions; energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
• Rotate through focus areas: People & Staffing, Sales & Training, Operations & Tunnel leadership.
