You will serve as Manager-on-Duty, guide staffing and service execution, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations, including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain readiness.
