Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, guiding team members across all areas of the bakery while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, coach staff, handle cash and daily reports, and ensure excellent guest service and timely issue resolution. A flexible weekend/holiday availability is a plus.

Formación

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.

What We're Looking For
