Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and ensure guests receive outstanding service while upholding our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will oversee daily production, coach staff, handle opening and closing, cash handling, and daily reporting, while maintaining food safety standards and a positive, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities
