Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Ana is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support the team across all areas of the bakery. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold quality and cleanliness, and model the brand's standards in daily service.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
