Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support teammates across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure guests receive outstanding service while upholding our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

As a Shift Manager, you will coach staff, open/close procedures, manage cash and daily reporting, and help maintain food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service or retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and support staff.
• Ability to open/close, handle cash, and report daily.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
