Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager for Restaurant #27813 at 718 York Road, Kings Mountain, NC. Part-time and full-time roles are available and you’ll lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll oversee shifts, manage food costs and labor, train staff, and ensure safety and brand standards. Applicants should be 18+, have a High School diploma (preferred), valid driver’s license, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick serve environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma preferred; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
