Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group operates Burger King restaurants and is seeking a Shift Manager to lead on-site shifts at Restaurant #5568 in Durham, NC. You will supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure smooth opening and closing operations while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; some college coursework beneficial.
• 18 years or older with valid driver's license.
• 6 months quick-serve restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks (opening/closing, cleaning, line duties).
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on shift.
• Deliver hospitality and exceed brand standards for guests.
• Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards.
