Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee in Durham, seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at Burger King #17454. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ with a high school diploma is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma preferred; college coursework a plus.
