Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager for our Piedmont location. Positions available in both part-time and full-time formats. Lead shifts, manage team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months quick-serve restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks (opening/closing, cleaning, line duties).
• Train and provide feedback to team members.
• Control costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Deliver hospitality excellence and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, security, and compliance on shift.
