McDonald’s franchisee is looking for a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers on a shift to ensure top quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. You will supervise food safety, communicate with the team, hit targets, manage safety and profitability, and schedule staff.

The role emphasizes customer service, training new workers, and maintaining McDonald’s standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior managerial experience in restaurant settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a manager, preferably in restaurant or service background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prep for a strong shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability during shifts.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
