McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and fellow managers during a shift, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will plan each shift, monitor performance, manage safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.

Previous leadership experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is valued.
