Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will supervise crew and fellow managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, and work to meet department goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have prior leadership experience and be able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the fast paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments.
