Job summary

Jamba in Clovis, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure quality, service, and safety on every shift. You’ll be the go-to leader when managers aren’t present, maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.

We’re looking for 18+ applicants with 3–6 months of supervisory experience and a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. TB clearance and a food handler cert are required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to elevate matters to store leadership.
