Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our San Jose store. You’ll supervise the team on shift, ensure quality and safety, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory exposure, strong customer service, basic math and POS proficiency, and a food handler cert within 30 days. Flexible availability and a friendly, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have first-line supervisory experience (3–6 months preferred).
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• TB clearance required and ability to stand for long periods.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience is acceptable.
• Food handler certification either current or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to elevate matters to store leadership.
