Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and keep guests satisfied. You will supervise the team during your shift, resolve issues, and uphold high standards for service and cleanliness.

This role requires 18+ years, 3–6 months supervisory experience, and flexible availability. TB clearance and a food handler certification are required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.

• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
