Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in Newton, Kansas. You will oversee food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness, while leading a team to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry, strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
