Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and Hawaii health requirements.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise food preparation, production, and service execution.
• Open and close the restaurant according to standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily shift reporting.
• Monitor labor and operational performance during shifts.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
