Little Caesars on Oahu, Hawaii seeks a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will promote a positive, fast-paced work culture and uphold quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory support, training, and performance monitoring while maintaining compliance with policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience leading or supervising staff is preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills with basic computer familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during shifts and coach for performance.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Open and close the restaurant following company standards.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily shift reporting.
• Monitor labor and productivity during shifts.
• Train and develop Team Members and promote teamwork.
