Little Caesars in Oahu, Hawaii is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach team members. You will deliver outstanding guest service, supervise food preparation, and ensure safety and cleanliness while opening and closing shifts to company standards.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling. Proven leadership, strong communication, and experience in fast-paced environments are highly valued, along with a commitment to food safety

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Current TB clearance as required by Hawaii regulations.
• 1+ years of restaurant, food service, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Open and close the restaurant according to standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily shift reporting.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
