Little Caesars on Oahu, Hawaii is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will Open/Close, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and manage cash handling while promoting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• 1+ year of restaurant/food service or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Cash handling, basic math, and computer skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• English literacy and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts and deliver guest service.
• Ensure food quality, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open/close the restaurant per company standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift reporting.
• Monitor labor, productivity and performance during shifts.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking.
• Support hiring and onboarding efforts as directed.
