Little Caesars on Oahu is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach Team Members. You will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and open/close the restaurant per standards.

The role involves overseeing cash handling, scheduling, and reporting, while promoting a positive, team-focused culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• TB clearance as required by Hawaii regulations.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
