Minit Stop is seeking a Shift Manager in Hawaii to help oversee daily store operations and lead a dedicated team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and maintain safety and quality across all duties. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet the legal requirements for selling liquor and tobacco in Hawaii.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Acquire TB clearance and Safe Food Handler's within 60 days of hire; obtain UST Certification and Liquor Cards as applicable.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during the shift.
• Lead training for all new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, inventory, ordering, and receiving.
• Fulfill cashier and cook duties as needed to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
