Job summary

Minit Stop is hiring a Shift Manager in Honokaa, HI. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining health and safety standards.

As a leader, you will train staff, manage scheduling, and support merchandising and compliance. A strong candidate has supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain liquor/tobacco credentials within Hawaii.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain credentials to sell liquor and tobacco in Hawaii.
• TB clearance and Safe Food Handler's Certification required on hire.
• UST Class C Certification and Liquor Cards within 60 days where Minit Stop operates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during shift and uphold company standards.
• Lead training for new team members and provide ongoing guidance.
• Manage scheduling, opening/closing duties, inventory, orders, and receiving.
