Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, staff training, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will help supervise 1–7 team members, manage shifts, and uphold all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining an “Employer of Choice” environment, with opportunities for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction and ability to train and maintain an on-going guest service delivery.
• Leadership partner with management and staff, and to provide quality service to guests.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Open availability to work any shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 1 to 7 Team Members and ensures objectives are met while following Company guidelines.
• Runs shifts and supports GM in executing policies, programs and systems.
• Ensures proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
