Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Akron, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant during your shift, keep operations smooth, and keep guests smiling.

You’ll train teammates, monitor inventory, uphold food safety, and collaborate with management to drive performance while delivering Popeyes’ Cajun Hospitality. This role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and growth within a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong front-of-house and back-of-house knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage and delegate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

• Managing and supervising restaurant and kitchen staff during assigned shifts
