You will supervise restaurant and kitchen staff, train new team members, and uphold food safety standards while providing excellent guest service. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to manage a team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising restaurant and kitchen staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service at all times.
• Training new team members on policies, procedures, and guest service standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing supply orders as needed.
• Overseeing food prep and enforcing food safety guidelines.

• Collaborating with management to improve restaurant performance.
• Leading regular team huddles to share updates and boost engagement.
