Huddle House, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and solve problems on the floor. You will ensure outstanding customer service and act as a reliable team member in partnership with the franchise partner.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit.
• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage each shift and handle issues that occur during the shift.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority during visits.
• Complete daily unit paperwork and inventories to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the unit.
• Enforce all brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and treat staff with respect.
• Train staff in POS systems, back-of-house and front-of-house duties as needed.
