Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring for a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable. The role includes receiving merchandise, preparing products for the floor, stocking, and building displays.

You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and guide team members to ensure smooth operation throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare products for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them in locating items; guide the team to ensure smooth shifts.
