Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You’ll oversee receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, building displays, greeting guests, and guiding team members during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries efficiently, stock shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in finding items they are looking for.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during your shift.
