Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable.

You will receive merchandise, prep products for the floor, break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays, and greet guests while helping them find items. You’ll guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies, prepare product for floor merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
