Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries efficiently and stock shelves, build displays with packaged products.
• Greeting guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items they need.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
