Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures; prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries efficiently and stock shelves; build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during the shift.
