Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product for floor merchandising.
• Efficiently break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items they are looking for.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
