Responsibilities

• Custard: Ensures correct inventory levels per shift; Operates custard machines; Prepares items per Andy’s standards; Completes Food Safety and Training programs.
• Crew: Drives KPIs to grow sales; Maintains calm demeanor during high volume; Trains new employees; Provides clear feedback; Performs opening/closing duties; Leads store in GM/AGM absence; Enforces policies and dress code.
• Customer: Delivers legendary customer service; Uses tools to maximize efficiency (drive times, costs); Maintains health and safety regulations.
