Andy's Frozen Custard is looking for a Shift Manager to help run each shift smoothly and to train new associates. You will lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and ensure our product meets high standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role.
• Hands-on leadership capable of working front-of-house shifts.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to coach and develop staff.

• Open and close the store and manage daily tasks.
