Requirements include at least 6 months of management experience, the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, and the capacity to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months of management experience; quick service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and ensure quality, safety, and service standards.
• Train and coach crew, delegate tasks, and monitor performance during shifts.
• Open and close the store as a key holder and supervise staff on duty.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, waste, and labor costs while maintaining a positive environment.
• Manage inventory and cash handling according to company policies.
