Job summary

Andy's in Joplin, MO is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily store operations, train the crew, and run shifts to meet our standards for quality, consistency, service, and safety across Custard, Crew, and Customer areas. You must be at least 18 years old, have at least 6 months of management experience (or Andy's experience), and be able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Quick service background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management and/or Andy's experience
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels per shift
• Operate custard machines and ensure quality
• Train and coach crew on standards and procedures
• Open/close duties as key holder and lead store operations
• Deliver customer service with a customer-first attitude
• Follow and reinforce company policies and dress code
