Job summary

AES Restaurants is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. You will ensure outstanding service and maintain guest satisfaction while working closely with team members.

Ideal candidates should excel in leadership, customer service, and operational management. Responsibilities include assisting in training, implementing controls, and setting goals for service and financial performance. This position requires strong qualifications in managing food and labor costs.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining it.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for 8-10 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and team members during shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service and financial results.
