Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed execution of operational tasks including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain high quality standards.
• Drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.
