Wingstop in Missouri is seeking an assistant manager to oversee the store alongside the store manager, coordinating planning, training, and leadership to hit sales, cost, and service goals.

You will supervise shift leads, manage inventories and ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while upholding company policies and labor standards. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Assist the crew with all guest to make sure they feel welcome and are always given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Oversee daily inventory including chicken counts and waste.
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures to ensure accurate deposits and balanced transactions.
• Supervise shift leads to enforce opening/closing procedures and labor policies.

Responsabilidades

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training.
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees while creating a positive working environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where needed to ensure operations go undisturbed; follow up with store manager for callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Inspect products upon receipt and report discrepancies to the store manager.
• Be prepared for QSC to ensure cleanliness, procedures and equipment are up to standard.
