Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on Duty to serve as the operational leader across site activities in Colorado. You will manage staffing, safety, service standards, and guest experience while developing a high-performance team.

Ideal candidates have supervisory or customer-service experience and a hands-on leadership style. This role offers outdoor work and a clear pathway into higher-level operations leadership with a strong people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
