Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager (Manager-on-Duty) to lead daily operations, ensure safety, guest service, and team performance at our California locations. You will drive on-site culture, oversee staffing and service standards, and serve as the face of operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
