Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coaching, and safety compliance across busy car wash sites. You will manage staffing, ensure service standards, and resolve guest issues while upholding brand quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in supervision or customer service, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style. This role offers growth into higher operational leadership and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: own daily shift execution, staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Coach and develop teams: supervise, coach, recognize performance, and ensure training compliance.
• Uphold safety & brand standards: enforce policies, address safety risks, maintain cleanliness.
