Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members on assigned shifts. You will ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards while managing day-to-day activities in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead training, coach staff, and enforce cash and inventory controls, working with management to meet service, operational, and financial goals. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or fast-food team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of shift operations and cash handling.
