Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, coach and develop teams, and maintain safety and brand standards across busy car wash sites. You will manage staffing, service execution, and guest experience while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards.
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching and recognition of team members.
• Support training completion and promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
